Our primary goal if for our guests to have an amazing time, which is why we don't have a lengthy list of rules or checkout procedures. Our primary request is that our guests show respect for the home and its furnishing by having common courtesy.
Cancellation: 100% refund until 48 hours after booking accepted. 100% refund until 30 days before check in. 50% refund until 7 days before check-in.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed (14)
Noise: Respect quiet hours from 10 pm–8 am.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the premises, but it allowed outside of the home.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Parties/Events: No parties or events.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Do not jump on furniture. Please keep food in designated eating areas to avoid stains
Cleanliness: Leave the Property in a clean and tidy condition.
Trash: Ensure all trash is bagged. Bagged trash should be set in or near the brown bin on the front porch for pickup by resort staff.
Violation of house rules may result in additonal charges, and in very rare severe cases, immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
